THESE CLASSES ARE OPEN TO ANY AGE / ABILITY AND ARE DESIGNED TO BE TAILORED TO THE INDIVIDUAL AS REQUIRED. 

THE COACHES ARE CONSTANTLY EDUCATING YOU AND HELPING YOU UNDERSTAND THE EXERCISES BEING PROGRAMMED. 

 

WE FOCUS ON STRENGTH, FITNESS AND TEACHING YOU HOW TO EFFICIENTLY USE YOUR BODY.

 

WE TRACK ALL OF OUR LIFTING WORK VIA TRAIN-HEROIC AND IS A GREAT TOOL TO HELP MONITOR YOUR PROGRESS IN THE GYM.
